Since 1997 Induction Systems, Inc. has specialized in the rebuilding and repair of induction heat treat equipment.  We offer the latest in custom built computerized controls for new or existing units.  In 1999 we began manufacturing new induction heat treating equipment. From simple lift & rotate units to complex automated Turnkey systems.   

In 2000 we developed our latest control for our “ProScan” line - a heavy-duty, dual spindle, vertical induction scanning system with built in quality monitoring.  This system offers our customers the latest technology in bearings, controls and software design at an exceptional value. 

In addition to our scanners and custom machines we offer the latest in state-of-the-art induction heating power supplies in a wide range of frequencies, from 450 KHz to 180 Hz. The latest in circuit design offering IGBT or SCR technology in a high performance package at an affordable price.

Induction Systems, Inc. is based in Waukesha, WI – 20 minutes southwest of Milwaukee. We have outgrown our 3,200 sq. ft. location at 404 Travis Lane and moved to our 10,000 sq. ft. home.
