ProScan^Ô MD series scanners is the result of our customers feed back to design a lighter, more cost effective system than our standard heavy duty scanners. Designed to stand alone or integrate with a wide range of our IGBT 10\100 KHz power supplies. ProScan^ÔMD provides the flexibility to meet your specific needs.

Our newest control software runs in Windows XP^Ô Environment. We eliminated the need for a keyboard and mouse with an on screen keyboard. Other software features include an onboard temperature controller, preventative maintenance schedule, production clock, part profile Information window, manual switches window and more.

The MD series scanner can scan 24” in length and hold 60 pounds parts on each spindle. The standard power supply runs at 80 to 100 KHz at 60/100 Kw of power. This system takes only 4 x 4.5 feet of floor space. Our stand alone scanner takes only 2.5 x 4 feet. All of the MD series comes with a full 1 year warranty.
