Induction Systems Quality Monitoring System gives the assurance you need in today's quality driven market place. QMS was designed to instantly identify problems with process variables such as quench temperature & flow, generator voltage, frequency, kilowatt
power, and more. It integrates with all brands of induction heating equipment - new or used. All that is required is an analog signal for each process variable and 120VAC. The free standing NEMA 12 workstation installs in minutes. Our software operates in the Microsoft Windows 98/NT environment
and is easy to setup and use.
System Operation: Set the QMS to “teach” mode, when the cycle starts the system’s variables are plotted (in real time) on graphs. After the cycle is complete the QMS runs through a series
of calculations to configure the high and low limits. A “file save as” dialog box saves the variables as a file. This file can be recalled for future use. The QMS will automatically advance to “run” mode. Every cycle thereafter will compare the incoming variables with the high & low
limits. At the end of each “run” mode cycle a result dialog box appears. If a variable falls outside of the limits the QMS will warn the operator. A reset is needed to continue.
