We are currently in a redesign with our chuck controllers. We
have been using SCR's and IGBT's in our design. Our chuck
controllers and all other manufactures designs do not hold up to
the test of time using solid state devices. Our new design uses
old technology along with the latest technology of today. We are
currently testing our new design at a local grinder. We use no
SCR's, IGBT's, or transformers with taps in our new design. Our
new chuck controller can handle shorted chucks without causing
the controller to fail. We believe this Magnetic Chuck
Controller will out last any controller in today's market place.
We will be offering a 5 YEAR WARRANTY.
