ProScan software was created from over 20+ years of experience in the heat-treating industry.  It was developed solely by ISI with the operator and business in mind – performance made easy. We are able to modify our software to fit your specific needs. Running in the Microsoft Windows environment it offers easy to use finger-touch toolbars, on- screen key board and a built-in quality monitoring system, assuring you of repeated superior quality. ProScan’s software is the future brought forward by ingenuity. It is most thought-through software available.  

Our controls will get you up and running fast without agonizing over “mode settings” (auto, manual, edit). We have eliminated the need for you to set modes therefore saving you time and money while increasing your productivity. Once the profile has been downloaded the system is automatically in all modes. If you press the start button the machine will assume auto mode and will run the profile that has been downloaded, the jog up and down buttons will be disabled. If you open the manual mode window for manual control, the cycle will not start until the window is closed. The system will always be in edit mode, even if the machine is in cycle you are still able to edit profiles. This simplified feature allows for efficient, straightforward operation and gets you in process that much quicker! 

PassWord Editor version 1.1  

The PassWord Editor is a stand-alone program that works in conjunction with all of our new control software.  This program allows the administrator to add or delete user password profiles and view a list of all profile changes along with the date, time and user. The PassWord Editor is one of the newest features on our full line of induction scanners.
