Welcome to Induction Systems web site!

Induction Systems, Inc. has specialized in induction heat treat equipment Since 1997. We offer the latest technology in heat treating scanners, power supplies, billet heating, custom heat treating systems, water systems and quality monitor systems. We can service all types and makes of induction equipment.

Induction Systems standard equipment includes ProScan a vertical or horizontal scanning systems ranging from 24" to 300' scanning lengths. Our power source PowerFlex ranges from 30 to 200 kilowatts with frequency running anywhere from 10 to 100 kHz. This unit is the first of it's design. Offering a wider frequencies t Quality monitor system (QMS) can detect unexpected changes in any induction process.

PassWord Editor
The PassWord Editor gives you the security needed to avoid unauthorized profile changes. This editor allows the administrator to add, delete or change user password profiles and view a list of all profile changes along with the time, date and user. The PassWord Editor is one of the newest features on our full line of induction scanners.

Induction Carburizing Induction Systems, Inc. (ISI) and Sanova Polytech, Inc. (SPI) join forces to produce the first induction carburizing production system in the world. The LINCARB (Liquid INduction CARBurizing) system was designed and manufactured exclusively for SPI by ISI. On March 18th, the LINCARB technology was unveiled at an event held at ISI. Participance included the Department of Naval Research.

Induction Systems, Inc. moves to larger facility. We no longer had the room to house our quickly growing company so we were on the move earlier last year to our new 10,000 sq. ft home conveniently located in Waukesha, WI. Just 20 miles southwest of Milwaukee.
